Any Application that has had changes made to it will have one of the following statuses.  Some statuses may lock the application; see explanation below:

• • Submitted: LOCKED - Changes have been made to the Application and submitted to the application Approver for review.  The application has been locked to prevent conflicting changes.
  • Approved: LOCKED - Submitter changes that have been made to this application have been approved and are awaiting network implementation.  The application has been locked to prevent conflicting changes.
  • Draft: Changes made to this application by a Submitter are awaiting Approver review.
  • Rejected: Changes were rejected by the Approver or Network Firewall Engineer for rework or retraction by the Submitter.
