Who they are:
Pylon Approvers are the security and oversight champions of the Enclave. With access to the Approver Dashboard, they review and greenlight connection requests, ensuring everything aligns with organizational policies before implementation.

What they do:
Approvers are entrusted with a powerful toolkit. From their dashboard, they can:

• Review, reject, or approve connection requests for implementation

• View Enclave Overview of all Enclaves they are a member of

• Manage user status within the Enclaves

• Track Approval History to maintain transparency and audit readiness

The ideal fit:

Approvers are most often Information System Security Officers (ISSOs) or Information System Security Managers (ISSMs), but you'll also see Chief Information Officers (CIOs) or really anyone who plays a key role in making security decisions for the enterprise network filling this role.

The Persona:
We refer to Approvers as our Pylon persona Isaac Esko the ISSO—security-minded, meticulous, and trusted to make the final call on what gets connected.
