Who they are:
Enclave Validators are detail-oriented reviewers who have full visibility into a single Enclave—giving them the same comprehensive view as an Enterprise Validator user, but scoped to just the enclaves they have permissions to. They help validate, verify, and support accountability for everything happening within their assigned Enclave.
What they do:
From their dashboard, Enclave Validators can:
- Filter their list of Enclaves to which they have access
- Access the Enclave Overview page
- View all approved and implemented connections
- See all CAL and non-CAL services, PPS configurations, and HW/SW inventories
- Analyze system diagrams for architectural clarity
- Do everything an Enterprise Validator can—just within Enclaves they have access
They can’t edit or submit anything, but they see it all—perfect for roles focused on local compliance, validation, or documentation.
The Ideal Fit:
Best suited for IV&V staff, enclave-level compliance officers, or any role focused on ensuring accuracy within a specific Enclave—without access to the broader enterprise environment.
The Persona:
This role is embodied by Enrique Valdez, the Enclave Validator—meticulous, enclave-focused, and trusted to keep a close eye on every detail in their domain.
