Who they are:
Enclave Reader users have full visibility into the workings of a specific Enclave—but without the ability to make or submit changes. Think of them as informed observers: they see what Submitters see, but can’t edit, approve, or implement.
What they do:
From their dashboard, Enclave Read-Only users can:
- Access the Application Dashboard within their assigned Enclave
- Review all submitted, approved, implemented, or rejected connection requests, including draft changes
- View PPS configurations, services (CAL and non-CAL), hardware/software inventories, and system diagrams
- Monitor the full application lifecycle—without risk of making changes
This role is ideal for stakeholders who need oversight without administrative responsibility.
The Ideal Fit:
Perfect for local auditors, team leads, IV&V support staff, or supervisors who need to stay informed but aren't part of the approval or submission workflow.
The Persona:
We call the persona for this role Reed O'Neil the Enclave Reader—careful, observant, and always in the loop, Reed is your eyes in the Enclave without ever touching the controls.
