Who they are:
Super Admins sit at the top of the Pylon permissions model. They have broad visibility across the entire enterprise and the ability to manage Enclaves, Users, compliance, and usage at scale. Think of them as the stewards of the entire environment—part strategist, part overseer, part troubleshooter.
What they do:
Super Admins have all the capabilities of Enterprise Read-Only users, but with powerful additional privileges that allow them to actively manage and maintain the overall ecosystem.
They can:
-
Create new Enclaves across the enterprise
-
Add users to any Enclave
-
Activate or deactivate any user in any Enclave
-
View enterprise-wide statistics and usage data
-
Resolve conflicts or discrepancies related to CAL compliance
They ensure that governance, access, and compliance are maintained across the board—while keeping the system flexible enough to support operational needs.
Pylon CSM's and Operations are currently the only holders of this level of access.
